2021 came with the understanding of what "desperate for money" really means. From day 1, I learned some hard truths about my loving family and realized I owned more money I could possibly get from my so-called job.

And desperation makes you come in touch with that hidden part of yourself where you are willing to bend ethics and go around morals if that means you can meet ends.

In my case, desperation made me question what I was willing to do to get money. Had I hit Alexander Hamilton's rock bottom? Should I sell my virginity online? No one will be interested. Is Only-Fans for me? I don't have the looks. What do I have to offer other than words I'm too shy to publish?

While I pondered that, I started reading articles, listening to podcasts, and watching videos about getting rich overnight.

And let me tell you that getting rich overnight is not doable unless you are a hacker and have no qualms about ripping people.
